Welcome 2008!
It's a brand new year- and Dany is now close to his second birthday and then being a big brother. He's still very physical, given the fact that still not being able to master the speech department. No worries- getting there. Making awful lotsa of his own baby talk.. sometimes so adorable, sometimes can be so annoying because he would start mocking our intonation.

We welcomed 2008 at Regency Tanjung Tuan, I finally got a place at MAS apartment after so long of applying.
It was worth the wait- for RM40 a nite- it was a waste not to go. Pity that it didn't go as we planned and went with the family instead. We still managed to have loads of beach fun! Dany absolutely love the waters! (He now bathes with his float in the shower) I couldn't get him out of the water that easily! And for that he now looks 'burnt'!
''We didn't start off very well.. Initially supposed to leave at about 3 pm, and another to leave the next morning because Atuk had to go for urut and would only come back about 11pm and Mak Lang and Uncle Megat had a wedding to attend!
Then, Mak Andak decided to join but they wanted us to wait til they get back from the Curve. It was a very long wait and we finally left at about 10 something at nite. Mak Lang decided not to wait til the next morning and arrived a few hours after us.
The apartment was right in fornt of the beach, but of course, when we reached there it was already 1 am, so we couldn't really do anything but sleep and eat Maggi Mee.
The next day, bright and early- Mommy woke everyone up to have breakfast by the beach! We spent the morning at the beach playing with the sand and swimming before retiring at about 1 pm to go back to the apartment to just chill. We continued at about 5 pm. All the aunties went for the Banana Boat ride! At night we played pool and foosball. Atuk went to the mosque, Mak Lang went to get food- and managed to scream at the Makcik Restaurant. We all ate and watched X Men trilogy. When the clock struck 12- there was a beautiful display of firework for about 15 minutes. We watched, then continue watching tv.
The last day, we all spend the morning til about 1230 pm at the beach before heading home to pack our stuff and relax a bit.
So in short- it was beach- sleep- food- beach- sleep- games- sleep- beach- sleep- went home! Definitely a great way to celebrate the new year!''
